We are seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Medical Education Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and accreditation of our continuing medical education (CME) activities. You’ll join a friendly, supportive team in a fully remote role with flexible hours — ideal for someone who is organized, self-directed, and interested in academic medicine. Training and onboarding will be provided; candidates with experience in healthcare administration, office management, accreditation, credentialing, education coordination, healthcare marketing, or similar administrative and operational roles are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage CME activity setup from intake through close-out, including upfront planning, learner needs assessment, and post-activity reporting
- Prepare, audit, and maintain ACCME accreditation files in our CME management platform; support internal reviews and external surveys
- Compile and analyze outcomes data; prepare summaries for leadership and accrediting bodies
- Coordinate grant submissions and track requests for proposals (RFPs), including deadlines, supporting documents, and follow-up
- Draft and send faculty invitations; manage disclosures, contracts, honoraria, and logistics
- Manage audience generation vendors for program posting, promotion, and performance analytics
- Maintain and post content to program social media channels to promote activities and engage learners
- Format presentations and educational materials in PowerPoint, Word, and Canva to a consistent, professional standard
- Serve as a liaison between faculty, planners, sponsors, and administrative staff
Required Qualifications
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Experience creating professional presentations and educational materials using Canva, PowerPoint, and related digital platforms
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines independently in a remote environment
- Comfort learning new platforms and workflows with structured onboarding support
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
- Prior CME experience strongly preferred; however, candidates with experience in healthcare administration, compliance coordination, office management, credentialing, education administration, or similar operational and administrative roles are encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with ACCME accreditation standards and file auditing
- Hands-on experience with a CME LMS platform
- Experience working with audience generation, marketing, or analytics vendors
- Comfort managing social media platforms for professional or educational programs
